Overview
Stellar Services is looking for an experienced Network Administrator that is customer service oriented with excellent written and oral communications skills. This individual must have DOD Secret Clearance or the ability to successfully pass a background check and receive DOD Secret Clearance

Experience
Must have a minimum of 5 to 10 years’ experience in support of IT and Networks

Responsibilities
The employee will be responsible for providing support in the areas of office automation, network administration, and computer systems administration. Tasks may include: troubleshooting network access problems (including both hardware and software); implementing new or augmented network features and software programs; coordinating with the local Network Enterprise Center (NEC) and Wide Local Area Network contractors with regard to service calls, LAN drops, wiring, providing switch-based and wireless

This employee will maintain all IT equipment to ensure compliance and efficient operation of the network and all hardware/software; supporting requirements analysis of computers, mobile devices and other IT equipment required

This individual will be responsible for installing new and existing computers/mobile devices, modifying existing computers (installing boards, cards, mice, printers, etc.), and installing software; providing expert advice/assistance to the government users on LAN or stand-alone software programs, including Windows, Microsoft Office, etc., or other commercially available application programs that are selected for use by the government; and perform administrative duties related to network/systems management, including attendance at meetings or conferences, and maintaining a database of hardware/software products.

Required Skills

Responsibilities
• Design, code, test, and implement configuration changes to software applications to meet both functional and technical requirements.

Livelink System Administrator

Responsibilities
• Perform all Livelink Administration functions for multiple Livelink instances.
• Responsible for upgrading and maintaining seven different Livelink instances.

Livelink Project Manager

Location(s): New York & New Jersey

Responsibilities
• Communicate regularly with users regarding Livelink Electronic Content Management System best practice and usage
• Work closely with Document Control manager to refine ECMS usage and add new features
• Enhance ECMS document repository, folder structure and category management
• Configure ECMS modules to match business requirements
• Design and enhance workflows and other collaborative features
• Provide expertise of various Livelink applications and solutions to improve ECMS usage at the project, such as Records Management, Archive, etc.
